.5 oz. Cointreau⠀
7 dashes Peychaud's Bitters⠀
7 dashes Angostura Bitters ⠀
Sparkling Wine⠀

Stir Whiskey, Cointreau, and bitters with ice in a mixing glass until well chilled. Strain into a Champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with an orange twist.
