1.5 oz. OOLA Gin or ALOO Gin
.5 oz. &Tonic syrup (available in our salesroom)
Sparkling water

Pour tonic syrup and Gin over ice in a double old fashioned glass. Top with sparkling water, give a quick stir, and garnish with juniper berries and a wedge of lime. Enjoy!
