TAMARIND WHISKEY FLOAT

1.5 oz. OOLA Waitsburg Bourbon Whiskey infused with cacao nibs* from indi chocolate
2 oz. Coconut milk (the kind from the can)⠀
2-3 dashes Scrappy’s Cardamom Bitters
1 bottle Jarritos Tamarind soda

Shake Bourbon, coconut milk, and cardamom bitters over ice. Strain into an 8 oz. ice-filled glass and top with tamarind soda. Garnish with a dusting of freshly grated nutmeg. Enjoy immediately! ⠀
