PEARLESCENT
2 oz. OOLA Vodka⠀
3/4 oz. Pear brandy (we used Okanagan Spirits)⠀
3/4 oz. Fresh lemon juice⠀
1/2 oz. 1:1 Simple syrup⠀
2 dashes Scrappy's Lavender Bitters
Shake all ingredients over ice.⠀
Strain into coupe. ⠀
Finish with 3/4 oz. Veuve Clicquot Brut⠀
Garnish with lemon twist⠀
