The BAILEY:
1 1/2 oz. OOLA Gin
1/2 oz. Lime juice
1/2 oz. Grapefruit juice
a teaspoon Simple syrup
2 sprigs Mint
Tear mint and place in cocktail shaker. Add Gin and let stand for a minute. Add juices and simple syrup and shake with ice.
