The RAMOS GIN FIZZ

1 1/2 oz. OOLA Gin
1 oz. Heavy cream
1 Egg white
1/2 oz. Lemon juice
1/2 oz. Lime juice 1/2 oz. Simple syrup
3 drops Orange Blossom water
1 oz. Soda water

Vigorously shake all ingredients, except soda water, without ice for as long as you can stand it. Add ice to shaker and then shake until you can't handle it anymore. Strain and top with club soda.
