APRICOT COBBLER

 

1.5 ounces OOLA Waitsburg Barrel-Finished Gin

1 can Semi-Sweet cider from Seattle Cider Co.

4 apricots (pitted and muddled)

2 full drops Allspice Cocktail Spice

Strain apricots into cocktail shaker over ice. Add gin and bitters. Shake. Pour into glass. Float Semi-Sweet cider and garnish with an apricot.
