the PISTACHIO FLIP

1.5 oz. OOLA Gin⠀⠀
.5 oz. Maraschino Liqueur ⠀⠀
.5 oz. Pistachio milk*⠀⠀
a dash of Scrappy’s Cardamom Bitters⠀⠀
a whole egg⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Dry shake all of the ingredients for 20 seconds until everything is blended well. Add ice and continue to shake until the outside of the shaker is cold. Strain into a coupe glass. Enjoy! ⠀⠀

*Pistachio milk: ⠀⠀
1 cup whole unshelled pistachios ⠀⠀
1 cup simple syrup (1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water)⠀⠀
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend well. Strain through cheesecloth to remove particles.
