2 oz. OOLA Waitsburg Bourbon Whiskey
1.5 oz. Apple cider
.75 oz. Fresh lemon juice
.5 oz. Maple syrup

Serve in a double old fashioned glass with one large ice cube. Garnish with a pod of star anise and some freshly grated nutmeg.
