2 oz. OOLA Waitsburg Bourbon Whiskey⠀⠀
3/4 oz. Fresh lemon juice⠀⠀
3/4 oz. Simple syrup⠀⠀
Egg white⠀⠀
Angostura bitters⠀⠀
In a cocktail shaker, add egg white and shake vigorously until frothy. Add ice, bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup and shake until chilled. Strain into cocktail glass. Use bitters (and a toothpick) to create a design in the foam.
